Иностранные инвесторы ждут новых евробондов компаний из РФ - ВТБ Капитал

Иностранные инвесторы не хотят расставаться с российскими евробондами и ждут от российских компаний, желающих выкупить свои еврооблигации, предложений новых долговых бумаг, рассказал в интервью "Интерфаксу" руководитель управления рынков долгового капитала ВТБ Капитала Андрей Соловьев.

"Компании сейчас делятся на две категории: те, кто хотят уменьшить свой внешний долг и занимаются только выкупом своих еврооблигаций со вторичного рынка, и те, кто подходят более взвешенно и выкупают свои выпуски, одновременно предлагая новые, более длинные бумаги. Вторая схема более интересна для инвесторов, так как российских бумаг сейчас мало на рынке, и они не готовы с ними расставаться", - сказал А. Соловьев.

ВТБ Капитал (MOEX: VTBC) в июне выступил одним из организаторов размещений евробондов сразу двух компаний - Evraz и "Совкомфлота", обе они провели выкуп своих евробондов, одновременно предложив инвесторам новые выпуски еврооблигаций.

По словам А.Соловьева, компании, у которых в обращении находятся выпуски евробондов с погашением в ближайшие один-два года, могут последовать этим примерам и также выйти на рынок с предложениями новых евробондов. "Я думаю, что до августа мы еще увидим сделки", - сказал банкир. Он также отметил, что на рынок могут выйти не только хорошо известные инвесторам заемщики, но и новые имена.

Российские компании потянулись на рынок евробондов в июне после возвращения на рынок евробондов Минфина РФ. В конце мая Минфин, не занимавший на внешних рынках с осени 2013 года, разместил 10-летние евробонды на $1,75 млрд под 4,75% годовых. Единственным организатором сделки выступил ВТБ Капитал. Закон о бюджете разрешает занять на внешнем рынке в 2016 году до $3 млрд.

А.Соловьев полагает, что до конца года на рынке могут сложиться условия, которые позволят России доразместить еврооблигации. Но окончательное решение на этот счет будет за Минфином РФ, отметил банкир.
