VTB Capital has been awarded four EMEA Finance Awards including “Best Securitisation House in EMEA” and “Best Rouble Bond House in EMEA”. VTB Capital-led transactions also received awards in the following categories:
Best corporate bond in CEE: SPP Distribucia's €500mn issuance
Best rouble bond in EMEA: Khanty–Mansi Autonomous Okrug's RUB14bn issuance
VTB Capital is receiving EMEA Finance Awards for the sixth year in a row, once again confirming the company's ability to implement complex and large-scale transactions.
Andrey Suchkov, Head of Securitisation at VTB Capital, said: "The record volume of mortgage loans in Russia last year was more than 14% funded through securitisation. This is a significant proportion. Securitisation could become an additional funding tool for banks providing credit to real estate sector and thus contributing to economic growth."

In 2014, VTB Capital also took leading positions in Dealogic’s league tables in the DCM, ECM and M&A rankings across Russia and the CIS. Euromoney named VTB Capital the Best Investment Bank in Russia for the third year in a row. VTB Capital was also named the “Best Investment Bank” in Russia by Acquisition International Magazine, becoming the first Russian investment bank to win this award.
In 2015 bne IntelliNews named VTB Capital the Best Bank for Debt Capital Markets in CEE and CIS. The Institutional Investor All-Russia Survey 2014 and Thomson Reuters Extel Survey 2014 named VTB Capital the Best Sales and Trading firm in Russia.
