VTB Capital wins seven EMEA Finance Awards for 2012

VTB Capital was named the “Best rouble bond house” and “Best private equity house in CEE” for its achievements in 2012, according to EMEA Finance magazine.

In addition, VTB Capital has received five more EMEA Finance awards in the following categories:

  • Best rouble bond: Russian Railways
  • Best structured finance deal in CEE: VTB Bank 24
  • Best restructuring in CEE: Vivacom
  • Best IPO in EMEA: MegaFon
  • Most innovative bond: Development Bank of Kazakhstan

This is the fourth year in a row that VTB Capital has received EMEA Finance awards. In 2011, VTB Capital also won seven EMEA Finance awards, including - "Best Investment Bank in EMEA”, “Best Private Equity House in CEE", "Best M&A deal in EMEA", "Best CHF bond", "Best sterling bond", "Best IPO in CEE", and "Best follow-on funding in EMEA".

The award ceremony will be held in London in June 2013.
