VTB Capital and Eidos Partners today announced that the two firms have entered a strategic cooperation agreement.
As part of the partnership, VTB Capital has acquired a 9% stake in Eidos Partners Holdings Ltd.
Through this alliance, VTB Capital and Eidos Partners will work together to develop an advisory business between Italy and Russia and the CIS by utilising their combined expertise, strong market knowledge and deep corporate relationships.
